Lost or Damaged Flowers

Please note: Eternal Bloom assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged bouquets. Any occurrences during the event where the flowers are used or transportation that impact the flowers are beyond our control. Since we diligently arrange every order by procuring the required supplies ahead of time, we are unable to offer complete refunds for the aforementioned incidents.

Options if Your Flowers are Lost or Damaged:

I.) In case of lost bouquets during shipping, we require evidence of the lost package or bouquet to initiate a refund request. Our refund policy offers a 50% refund for bouquets that have been confirmed as lost through the provision of a tracking number.

II.) You can send a replica bouquet to our studio through your original florist and choose to either overnight the flowers or drop them off at our studio. Another option is to dry the flowers using our instructions, and then send them to B&R at a later time to save on shipping fees

III.) In order to obtain a replica bouquet, you have the option to reach out to our local florist in Toledo, Ohio. If so choose, we will gladly handle the pickup for a service fee of $50.00. If you need the florists' details, please don't hesitate to contact us.

IV.) Clients can utilize their order payment as credit for any date within a year from the scheduled date.

V.) By utilizing our services, you still have the option to preserve a damaged bouquet. It is a common occurrence for some of the flowers to turn slightly brown during shipping. Typically, we can still preserve flowers that have experienced excessive bruising or browning (as long as the client acknowledges that the final product may have visible signs of bruising). However, if your flowers exhibit extensive browning, molding, mildew, or rotting, we are unable to dry or preserve them to meet our standards.
